Welcome to my blog!

I like Laffy Taffy's, a lot. I love the beach and my rainbow flip-flops, and sunshine but also the fall and am pretty obsessed with Halloween Decor. I love make-up and would love to learn how to be a make-up artist someday. I enjoy cooking on days it isn't just making dinner in a hurry. I also enjoy fashion and the eye candy of Anthropologie and Miss Me Jeans.

I graudated from college in Psychology (so I know a game or 2 to play with those cranky toddlers) and have always wished I could draw. And, I can't! Heck, my stick figures are crocked. I express my artsy side through the camera.

I grew up shooting film as a child and teenager and in my photography classes in college. Developing my own film was one of the hardest and most beneficial things to my career that I have done. I am constantly attending classes and seminars to learn the greatest and newest. I like to capture emotions. We are all not magazine perfect (although I can make you look that way!) but we are evolving as parents, teachers, children and lovers. Life is a journey and a roller coaster. Don't you want people to look at these pictures after you are gone and think, "THAT family had so much fun together. THAT family thourougly enjoyed their time as a unit?" I know I want my photographs to say that about us.

Besides this job, I do interior designing on the side and am a stay at home mama of 4 beautiful children and 1 angel in heaven. I am a wife to a hard working hunky man. We have fun. We smile. We laugh. Let's do the same for you at your session!
